Greetings Canada’s Kneeling Comrades,
“Knock, knock. Who’s there? Oh my goodness, it’s you again – Christmas!” Yes, I know it’s a corny joke, but I still laugh at knock, knock jokes! Maybe it’s the child in me.
Praying friends, this is no joke; from the depth of my being, to all of you who labour by day and by night in the house of the One True Living God, and to your families and all those who are dear in your hearts, I declare and decree over you supernatural blessings during this Christmas holiday season and in 2012! We all confess and confirm that Jesus is the Reason for the season. May He lead, steer and watch over all of your paths, which He has established in the heavens for the coming year. I am so excited about what Almighty God has in store for each of us in our individual corners of this, our great Canadian vineyard. Jubilee blessings and favour be unto all the congregation that makes up Canada In Prayer, and may we continue to “press” in 2012 to see the flames of revival spread from sea to sea to sea, for the glory of Almighty God!!
Intercessors, please be encouraged, as you go into your prayer closets for this last First Friday of 2011, that Almighty God’s will is being done here on earth as it is in heaven. Believe that, beginning in your heart and in your home today, the power of the Holy Spirit is being manifested as it was so miraculously on that night in Bethlehem. With a flint-like determination, let nothing set itself up against His truth! Determine even now, like the Magi before they set out to see the King that was prophesied about so many centuries earlier, that when revival comes in all its power, you and yours will not miss its glorious beginning!
I want to take the opportunity to thank all those who have been following me on the 700 Club Canada; you have made my return to daily television such a blessing. Since the program’s debut in October, I have felt the urging of the Holy Spirit to re-ignite the hearts of people to desire the spiritual transformation of Canada. With this in my spirit, I want to invite you to be part of “Canada 911”, which is a call for all of us who know the power of prayer with fasting to stand in the gap between January 9th and January 31st for our nation’s spiritual well-being. This, my dear friends, is a “Kairos time” – the right moment; that which only lasts for a while. For some of us, this time of praying with fasting will begin a new season in our intercessory ministry. For others of us, we will be getting back to an old familiar place with the Lord. Wherever you find yourself, please know that Kairos moments demand a risk of faith. “The opportunity of a lifetime exists in the lifetime of an opportunity.” Will you meet me, and thousands of others on the wall, holding steadfast to the knowledge that our Lord’s ears are always turned to those who earnestly seek him? I invite you to join us in the CIP “Canada 911” 21-day fast, and stand with us in believing for the fulfillment of Almighty God’s Kingdom purposes for this moment.
